KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI GUGUS IV KECAMATAN KUTA KABUPATEN BADUNG

Abstract


Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di gugus iv kecamatan kuta. Penelitian ini tergolong ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang dan terpilih 68 orang menjadi sampel penelitian dengan random sampling. Data gaya kepemimpinan epala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, supervsi akademik kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan epala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 35,5%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 11%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervise akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 59,2% dan sumbangan efektif 48,3%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, supervise akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di gugus IV kecamatan Kuta dengan kontribusi sebesar 99,7%.

This study aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant contribution of school pricipal leadership style, working motivation, and principal academic supervision on group iv teachers’ performance in kuta regency. This research is ex-post facto. The population of this research is 68 teachers and 68 teachers are selected by using random sampling. The data of school principal leadership style, working motivation, and principal academic supervision on group IV teachers’ performance were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression with three predictors and effective contribution. This research discovers: (1) there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style on teachers’ performance with contribution of 35,5%, (2) there is a significant contribution of working motivation on performance with contribution of 11%, (3) there is a significant contribution of principal academic supervision on teachers’ performance with contribution of 59,2%, and (4) simultanously, there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style, working motivation, and principal academic supervision on group IV teachers’ performance in Kuta Regency with contribution of 99,7%.
