Hubungan Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, MotivasiKerja, dan Iklim Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus II Di Kecamatan Kuta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan (1) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, (3) iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru, dan (4) secara bersama-sama kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar Gugus II Di Kecamatan Kuta yang berjumlah 120 orang. Sesuai dengan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan banyaknya anggota sampel diambil berjumlah 92 orang.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi: Ŷ = 32,858 + O,735X1 dengan Freg= 123,151 (p<0,05), (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi: Ŷ = 30,765 + 0647X2 dengan Freg = 76,852 (p<0,05), (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 30,084 + 0,732X3 dengan Freg = 113,689 (p<0,05), dan (4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan guns regresi Ŷ = 19,961+ 0,354X1 + 0,212X2 + 0,258X3 dengan Freg49,072 (p<0,05) dan kontribusi sebesar 62,60%. Sumbangan efektif X1 27,80%, X2 = 15,10%, dan X3=19,70%.
Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positifdansignifikanantara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja dengan kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar Gugus II Di Kecamatan Kuta secara terpisah maupun simultan.Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru sekolah dasar Gugus II Di Kecamatan Kuta.

This study aimed at finding out of (1) the correlation between school principal’s managerial ability and teacher’s performance, (2) the correlation between works motivation and teacher’s performance, (3) the correlation between school work climate and teacher’s performance, and (4) simultaneously principal’s managerial ability work motivation, and works climate and teacher’s performance.
The population consisted of 120 teachers of SD Gugus II in Kuta District. Following Krejcie and Morgan’s table, 92 teachers were selected as the sample. The sampling was carried out trough proportional random sampling technique. This study used ex-post facto design. The data were collected with questionnaire. The data were analyzed with analysis of regression.
Research result showed that: (1) there was positive and significant correlation between school principal’s managerial ability and teacher’s performance and shown by linear regression equation Ŷ = 32.858 + 0.735X1 with Freg= 123.151 (p<0.05), (2) there was positive and significant correlation between works motivation and teacher’s performance and shown by linear regression equation Ŷ = 30765 + 0.647X2 with Freg = 76.852 (p<0.05), (3) there was positive and significant correlation between school work climate and teacher’s performance and shown by linear regression equation Ŷ = 30.084 + 0.732X3 with Freg = 113,689 (p<0,05) and (4) simultaneously, there was positive and significant school principal’s managerial ability work motivation, and works cilamte and teacher’s performance and shown by linear regression equation Ŷ =19.961+ 0.354X1 + 0.212X2 + 0.258X3 with Freg= 49.072 (p<0.05) and the contribution of 62.60%. The effective contribution of X1 = 27,80%, X2 = 15,10%, and X3 = 19,70%.
On the basis of finding it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant school principal’s managerial ability work motivation, and works climate and teacher’s performance at Sekolah Dasar Gugus II in Kuta District both separately or simultaneously. Hence, the tree factors can be used as predictor of the level of tendency of teacher’s performance at Sekolah dasar gugus II in Kuta district.
