Kontribusi Konsep Diri, Motivasi Kerja dan disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Pembimbing di SMA N Se Kabupaten Gianyar

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kontribusi yang signifikan konsep diri terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada guru pembimbing SMA N se Kabupaten Gianyar. (2) kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada guru pembimbing SMA N se Kabupaten Gianyar. (3) kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada guru pembimbing SMA N se Kabupaten Gianyar. (4) kontribusi yang signifikan konsep diri, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pada terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada guru pembimbing SMA N se Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus yaitu mengambil semua populasi dijadikan sample yang berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini bersifat ex post facto dengan tekhnik korelasional karena dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan perlakuan atau manipulasi terhadap variabel penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner konsep diri, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru pembimbing. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan konsep diri terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing sebesar 27,5%, artinya semakin meningkat konsep diri semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru pembimbing. (2) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 17,1%, artinya semakin meningkat motivasi kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru pembimbing. (3) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing sebesar 36,6%, artinya semakin meningkat disiplin kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru pembimbing. (4) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan konsep diri, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing, besarnya persentase kontribusi (determinasi) secara bersama-sama konsep diri, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing (D) = 90,4%.

The objective of this research is to know 1) the significant contribution of self-concept toward the supervisory teacher’s performance among public senior high schools in Gianyar regency. 2) The significant contribution of job motivation toward the supervisory teacher’s performance among public senior high schools in Gianyar regency. 3) The significant contribution of job discipline toward the supervisory teacher’s performance among public senior high schools in Gianyar regency. 4) significant contribution of self-concept, Job motivation, and job discipline toward the supervisory teacher’s performance among public senior high schools in Gianyar regency. The sample of the research was collected from survey method by taking 32 respondents of population to be the sample. This research used ex post facto and correlational design because on this research there was not any manipulated data applied toward the variable of the research. The data on this research was collected by using questionnaires asking about self-concept, job motivation, job discipline and supervisory teacher’s performance. The data analysis technique used on this research was partial regression analysis. The result of the research showed that 1) There was a positive contribution between self concept toward supervisory teacher’s performance with 27.5% . It meant that the improvement of the self-concept will improve the supervisory teacher’s performance as well 2) There was a significant positive contribution between job motivation toward supervisory teacher’s performance with 17.1%. It meant the improvement of the job motivation will improve the supervisory teacher’s performance as well 3) There was a positive contribution between job discipline toward supervisory teacher’s performance with 36.6%. the improvement of the job discipline will improve the supervisory teacher’s performance as well. 4) ) There was a significant positive contribution between self-concept, job motivation and job discipline toward supervisory teacher’s performance with 90.4% coefficient determination.
