KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI, KELENGKAPAN SARANA PRASARANA DAN EFEKTIVITAS KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR GUGUS I KUTA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi berprestasi, terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar gugus I Kuta 2). Untuk mengetahui kontribusi, kelengkapan sarana prasarana terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kuta 3) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kuta, 4)Untuk mengetahui kontribusi secara bersama-sama motivasi berprestasi, kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kuta.
Rancangan penelitian, ini merupakan penelitian expost facto (pengukuran setelah kejadian) dengan tenik korelasional karena penelitian dalam variabel bebas dan variabel terikat telah terjadi sebelum penelitian dilakukan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data tentang kontribusi motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil persamaan regresi Y ̂ = 49,036+0,390 X1, Koefesien korelasi 0,748, kontribusi 55,9 %, kontribusi kelengkapan sarana prasarana dengan persamaan garis rehgresi Y ̂ = 51,746+0,369 X2 Koefisien korelasi 0.706, kontribusi 49,8 %, kontribusi efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan hasil persamaan garis regresi kontribusi sebesar Y ̂ = 55,788+0,322 X3Koefisien korelasi 0,615, kontribusi 37,8 %, Kontribusi secara bersama-sama, motivasi berprestasi, Kelengkapan sarana prasarana, efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kuta dengan hasil persamaan garis regresi Y ̂ = 45,934+0,258X1+0,161X2+0,090X3 Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,773, Kontribusi sebesar 59,7 %.
