KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KESADARAN DIRI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA DI KECAMATAN DENPASAR UTARA
Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kesadaran diri, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA di kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Penelitian ini tergolong ex-post facto. .Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 250 orang dan terpilih 154 menjadi sampel penelitian dengan random sampling. Data gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kesadaran diri guru, disiplin kerjadan knerja guru dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif.Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 59,3%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 53,4%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 3,5% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,8%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kesadaran diri guru, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru-guru SMA Negeri di kecamatan Denpasar Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 72,8%.

This study aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style, teacher’s self-awareness, and working discipline on Senior high school teachers’ performance in Denpasar Regency. This research is ex-post facto. The population of this research is 250 teachers and 154 teachers are selected by using random sampling. The data of school principal leadership style, teacher’s self-awareness, and working discipline on Senior high school teachers’ performance competencewere collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression with three predictors and effective contribution. This research discovers: (1) there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style on teachers’ performance with contribution of 59,3%, (2) there is a significant effect of teachers’ self-awareness on teachers’ performance with contribution of53,4%, (3) there is a significant contribution of working discipline on teachers’ performance with contribution of 3,5%, and (4) simultanously, there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style, teacher’s self-awareness, and working discipline on Senior high school teachers’ performance in Denpasar Regency with contribution of 72,8%.
