Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Badung

Abstract


Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Badung. Penelitian ini tergolong ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang dan terpilih 64 menjadi sampel penelitian dengan random sampling. Data gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerjaa guru di SMK pariwisata triatma jaya dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,3%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 25,6%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 35,3% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,88 %, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi guru, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK PARIWISATA triatma jaya badung dengan kontribusi sebesar 45%.

This study aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style, organization culture, and working motivation on tourism vocational school teachers’ performance in triatma jaya badung. This research is ex-post facto. The population of this research is 64 teachers and 64 teachers are selected by using random sampling. The data of school principal leadership style, organization culture, and working motivation on tourism vocational high school teachers’ performance were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression with three predictors and effective contribution. This research discovers: (1) there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style on teachers’ performance with contribution of 14,3%, (2) there is a significant contribution of teachers’ organization culture on teachers’ performance with contribution of 25,6%, (3) there is a significant contribution of working motivation on teachers’ performance with contribution of 35,3%, and (4) simultanously, there is a significant contribution of school principal leadership style, teacher’s organization culture, and working motivation on tourism vocational high school teachers’ performance in triatma jaya badung with contribution of 45%.
