Kontribusi Perencanaan Karir, Pengalaman Prakerin, dan Bimbingan Karier Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Program Keahlian Tata Boga Smk Widya Mandala Badung

Abstract


Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Kontribusi Perencanaan Karir, Pengalaman Prakerin, dan Bimbingan Karier Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Program Keahlian Tata Boga Smk Widya Mandala Badung Pendahuluan. Penelitian ini tergolong ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang dan terpilih 64 menjadi sampel penelitian dengan random sampling. Data kontribusi perencanaan karir, pengalaman prakerin, bimbingan karir dan kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian tata boga dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara perencanaan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,6%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara pengalaman prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,4%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara bimbingann karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 48,6% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31,2 %, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara perencanaan karir, pengalaman prakerin, dan bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian tata boga SMK widya mandala badung dengan kontribusi sebesar 63%.

This study aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant contribution of carrier planning, prakerin experience, carrier guidance, and students’ working readiness in food and baverages department in smk widya mandala badung. This research is ex-post facto. The population of this research is 76 students and 64 students are selected by using random sampling. The data of students carrier planning, prakerin experience, carrier guidance on widya mandala vocational school food and beverage department students’ working readiness were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression with three predictors and effective contribution. This research discovers: (1) there is a significant contribution of carrier planning on stu7duents’ working readiness with contribution of 20,6%, (2) there is a significant contribution of prakerin experience on students working readiness with contribution of 24,4%, (3) there is a significant contribution of carrier guidance on students’ working readiness with contribution of 48,6%, and (4) simultanously, there is a significant contribution of carrier planning, prakerin experience, and carrier guidance on widya mandala vocational school students’ working readiness in food and beverage department with contribution of 63%.
