DETERMINASI KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR GUGUS I DI KECAMATAN ABIANSEMAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus I di Kecamatan Abiansemal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah populasi 92, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sensus sampel total. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,219 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 11,57%, 2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,316 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 26,85%, 3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,078 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 7,22%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,675 dan kontribusinya sebesar 45,6% terhadap kinerja guru di SD Gugus I di Kecamatan Abiansemal.

This study aims to determine the principal determinant of managerial ability, motivation and work climate on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Cluster I Abiansemal. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 92 people, the collection of sample techniques with census sample total. Data collection tool was a questionnaire and documentation, analysis of data with simple regression techniques, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant determinant of managerial ability of the teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.219 and the effective contribution of 11.57%, 2) there is a significant determinant of motivation to work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.316 and donations ineffectiveness of 26.85%, 3) there is a significant determinant of the performance of teachers working climate with a correlation coefficient of 0.078 and the effective contribution of 7.22%, 4) are together, there is a significant determinant of managerial ability, motivation, climate and work on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.675 and a contribution of 45.6% of the performance of teachers in primary schools in the district Cluster I Abiansemal.
