Studi Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis efektivitas context,input, process dan product dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitianex-post fakto dengan menggunakan model CIPP dari Stufflebeam. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung dengan jumlah 64 orang kepala sekolah.Data tentang variabel context,input, process dan product dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis univariat dengan kriteria ideal teoretik serta dikonvesikan ke dalam prototipe Glickman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama efektivitas context termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+) 59,4%. Kedua efektivitas input termasuk dalam kategori kurang efektif dengan frekuensi negatif (-) 53,1%.Ketiga, efektivitas process termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+) 59,4%.Keempat, efektivitas product termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+) 56,3%, Kelima, efektivitas pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung ditinjau dari komponen context,input, process dan product termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, dan Keenam, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Abiansemal Kabupaten Badung tetapi sudah ditemukan alternatif pemecahannya.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of context, input, process and product in the implementation of Head master of Elementary School Academic Supervision Program in Abiansemal District Badung Regency. This research is ex-post facto research by using CIPP models of Stufflebeam. The population in this study were all head master of elementary schools in Abiansemal District Badung Regency by the number of 64 head masters. The data about context, input, process and product variables in this study were collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative univariate analyze with theoretical ideal criteria and convicted into Glickman prototype. The results showed that: First, effectiveness context Regency effectively categorized by positive frequency (+) 59.4%. Second, effectiveness input Regency belonged to less effective with negative frequencies (-) 53.1% Third, the effectiveness of the process Regency categorized with positive frequencies (+) 59.4% . Fourth, effectiveness product Regency belonged to effective category with positive frequency (+) 56.3%, Fifth, the effectiveness of implementation academic supervision program of Elementary School Head Master in Abiansemal District Badung Regency would be reviewed by components of context, input, process and product belonged to effective category, and Sixth, there were some obstacles encountered in the implementation program of academic supervision of Elementary School Head Master in Abiansemal District Badung Regency but had been already found the alternative solutions.
