KONTRIBUSI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN ETOS KERJA GURU TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI KECAMATAN BUSUNGBIU

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex-post facto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 96 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu. 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional terhadap terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu.3) terdapat kontriubusi yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu. 4) secara bersama-sama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu

This study aims to determine the contribution of school leadership, professional competence, and work ethic to the quality of service of teachers in the learning process at the State High School student District of Busungbiu. Implementation of this study using ex-post facto. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 96 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire, data analysis with regression techniques. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the leadership of the principal on the quality of service of teachers in the learning process at the State High School student District of Busungbiu. 2) there is a significant contribution to the professional competence of the quality of service of teachers in the learning process at the State High School student District of Busungbiu.3) kontriubusi are significant between the work ethic of the quality of service of teachers in the learning process at the State High School student District of Busungbiu. 4) together, there is a significant contribution between school leadership, professional competence, and work ethic to the quality of service of teachers in the learning process at the State High School student District of Busungbiu.
