DETERMINASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMITMEN KERJA DAN IKLIM KERJATERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI DI GUGUS I KECAMATAN SERIRIT

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) determinasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus I Kecamatan Seririt, (2) determinasikomitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus I Kecamatan Seririt, (3) determinasi iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus I Kecamatan Seririt, dan (4) secara bersama-sama determinasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja, dan iklim kerja, terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Gugus I Kecamatan Seririt. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Ditinjau dari pendekatannya, penelitian ini termasuk pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan kausal korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pada SD Negeri Gugus I di kecamatan Seririt yang berjumlah 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel penelitian sama dengan populasi penelitian yaitu 52 orang guru. Variabel penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebasnya adalah supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja, dan iklim kerja, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru. Seluruh data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif,teknik regresi, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat: (1) determinasi yang signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi (rx1y)2 = (0,378)2, (2) determinasi yang signifikan komitmen kerja guru (X2) terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi (rx2y)2 = (0,459)2, (3) determinasi yang signifikan iklim kerja sekolah (X3) terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi (rx3y)2 = (0,582)2, dan (4) determinasi yang signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja guru, dan iklim kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi (rx1x2x3y)2 = (0,679)2. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, komitmen kerja guru, dan iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah.

This research is aimed to analyze: (1) determination of principal’s academic supervision to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district, (2)determination of work commitment to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district, (3) determination of work climate to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district, and (4) togetherness determination of principal’s academic supervision, work commitment, and work climate to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district. This research is an ex-post factoresearch. According to the grand theories, this research is quantitative research using correlational causal design. Population of the research is all teachers of public elementary school group I in the Seririt district, 52 teachers. The sampling technique is total sampling technique, so the sample of the research is same as the population. The research variables are independent variable and dependent variable. The independent variables are principal’s academic supervision, work commitment, and work climate. The dependent variable is perfomance of teachers. All data was collected by technical questionnaires in the Likert scale. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, regression, and partial correlation. The result showed that there are: (1) significant determination of principal’s academic supervision (X1) to the perfomance of teachers (Y) with coefficient of determination (rx1y)2 = (0,378)2, (2)significant determination of work commitment (X2) to the perfomance of teachers with coefficient of determination (rx2y)2 = (0,459)2, (3) significant determination of work climate (X3) to the perfomance of teachers with coefficient of determination (rx3y)2 = (0,582)2, and (4) significant togetherness determination of principal’s academic supervision, work commitment, and work climate to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district with coefficient of determination (rx1x2x3y)2 = (0,679)2. Thus, it can be concluded that there are significant relations jointly between principal’s academic supervision, work commitment, and work climate to the perfomance of public elementary school teachers in group I Seririt district.
