KONTRIBUSI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMKN 2 SERIRIT

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMKN 2 Seririt. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 53 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,525 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 13,38%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,688 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 29,03%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,709 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 30,24%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,852 dan hubungannya sebesar 72,7%.

This study aims to determine the contribution of school leadership, motivation, and working climate on teacher performance N 2 Seririt. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 53 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between the leadership of the principal on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.525 and effective contribution amounting to 13.38%, 2) there is a significant relationship between motivation to work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.688 and effective contribution amounting to 29.03%, 3) there is a significant relationship between the working climate of teachers on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.709 and effective contribution amounting to 30.24%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between managerial ability principals , supervision of learning, and motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.852 and the relation of 72.7%.
