DETERMINASI KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, KUALITAS SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MAN PATAS

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kualitas supervisi pembelajaran, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru man patas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,585 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 13,23%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,685 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 47%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,774 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 34,86%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kualitas supervisi pembelajaran, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,862 dan hubungannya sebesar 74,3%.

This study aims to determine the principal determinant of managerial ability, quality of supervision of learning, and motivation to work on teacher performance patas man. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 40 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between the managerial capacity of principals on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.585 and effective contribution amounting to 13.23%, 2) there is a significant correlation between the quality of supervision of learning on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.685 and effective contribution of 47%, 3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation of teachers on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.774 and effective contribution amounting to 34.86%, 4) with the same, there is a significant determinant of managerial ability principals , quality of supervision of learning, and motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.862 and the relation of 74.3%.
