PENGARUH STATUS SERTIFIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN KOVARIABEL ETOS KERJA (Studi pada Guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan kovariabel etos kerja (studi pada guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu). Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan rancangan penelitian semu dengan pola “The Posttest-Only Control Design” menggunakan ANAKOVA sebagai analisis datanya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu, yang berjumlah 131 orang dengan rincian 73 orang yang sudah sertifikasi dan 58 orang belum sertifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan sampel acak yang berjumlah 104 orang dengan rincian 52 orang guru sudah tersertifikasi dan 52 orang guru belum sertifikasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru yang berstatus sertifikasi dan nonsertifikasi pada guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu (F=95,195, p <0,05), (2) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru yang berstatus sertifikasi dan nonsertifikasi pada guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu setelah kovariabel etos kerja dikendalikan (F=117,865, p <0,05), dan (3) terdapat kontribusi etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu 65,1%.

This study aims to determine the effect of certification status on teacher performance with covariable work ethic (study at Junior High School teacher in the District Busungbiu). This study uses a study design using quasi pattern "The Posttest-Only Control Design" using Anacova as data analysis. The population of this study was all government school teachers in Junior High School in District Busungbiu, which amounted to 131 people with the details of 73 people who have been certified and 58 people have not been certified. In this study, researchers used a random sample totaling 104 people with the details of 52 people already certified teachers and 52 teachers have not been certified. Results showed that: (1) there are differences in teacher performance status nonsertifikasi teacher certification and Junior High School in District Busungbiu (F = 95.195, p <0.05), (2) there are differences in the status of teacher performance on teacher certification and nonsertifikasi Junior High School in District Busungbiu after covariable work ethic controlled (F = 117.865, p <0.05), and (3) there is a contribution to the performance of teachers' work ethic Junior High School in District Busungbiu 65.1%.
