DETERMINASI KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA GURU, DAN KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 2 BANJAR

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 59 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Banjar, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,10%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. Adapun sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,69%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara antara kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,88%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru. Sumbangan efektif untuk masing-masing variabel adalah; kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 19,10%, motivasi kerja sebesar 23,69%, kompetensi guru sebesar 28,88%.

This study aims to determine the relationship of managerial skills of principals, teachers work motivation and competence of teachers on teacher performance SMA Negeri 2 Banjar, Buleleng. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 59 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between managerial ability principals with teacher performance SMAN 2 Banjar, with the effective contribution of 19.10%, 2) there is a significant correlation between work motivation and teacher performance. The effective contribution of 23.69%, 3) there is a significant relationship between the competence of teachers with teacher performance, with the effective contribution of 28.88%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between managerial skills of principals, school climate and teacher competence jointly with the performance of teachers. Effective contribution to each of the variables are; managerial skills of school principals effective contribution amounting to 19.10%, motivation of 23.69%, amounting to 28.88% of teacher competence.
