HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM KERJA SEKOLAH, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 GEROKGAK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 58 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,424 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 24,53%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,392 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 8,45%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,580 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 18,04%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja, motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,714 dan hubungannya sebesar 51%. Dengan demikian maka ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan predictor kecenderungan peningkatan kinerja guru di SMA N 1 Gerokgak.

This study aims to determine the relationship of the behavior of school leadership, school work climate and work motivation of teachers on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 58 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.424 and effective contribution amounting to 24.53%, 2) there is a significant relationship between job climate on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.392 and effective contribution amounting to 8.45%, 3) there is a significant relationship between motivation to work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.580 and effective contribution amounting to 18.04%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership , work climate, motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.714 and a relationship of 51%. Thus, these three variables can be used as predictors of an increasing trend of teacher performance in SMA N 1 Gerokgak.
