DETERMINASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, ETOS KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 GEROKGAK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi supervisi akademik, etos kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 58 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara supervise akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,558 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 14,86%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,677 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 29,56%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,673 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 25,25%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik, etos kerja, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,835 dan hubungannya sebesar 69,7%.

This study aims to determine the academic supervision of determination, work ethic and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 58 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between academic supervision on the performance of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.558 and effective contribution amounting to 14.86%, 2) there is a significant correlation between the performance of teachers work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 0.677 and donations ineffectiveness of 29.56%, 3) there is a significant relationship between motivation to work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.673 and effective contribution amounting to 25.25%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between academic supervision, work ethic, and work motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.835 and the relation of 69.7%.
