KONTRIBUSI DISIPLIN BELAJAR, MOTIVASI BELAJAR, DAN EKSPEKTASI KARIER TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN MULTIMEDIA DI SMK N 2 SERIRIT

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar, dan ekspektasi karier terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kompetensi keahlian multimediadi SMK N 2 Seririt. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 57 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen, tes, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Kompetensi keahlian multimedia siswa di SMKN 2 Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,561 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 18,52%, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Kompetensi keahlian multimedia siswa di SMKN 2 Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,515 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 11,64%, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Ekspektasi karier terhadap Prestasi belajar Kompetensi keahlian multimedia SMKN 2 Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,615 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 23,47%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar, dan ekspektasi karier terhadap prestasi belajar Kompetensi keahlian multimedia siswa di SMKN 2 Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,732 dan kontribusinya sebesar 53,6% terhadap prestasi belajar kompetensi keahlian multimedia siswa di SMKN 2 Seririt.

This study aims to determine the contribution of the discipline of learning, learning motivation and career expectations on student achievement competency skills multimediadi SMK N 2 Seririt. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 57 people. Data collection tool is a questionnaire and recording of documents, tests, analysis of data by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the discipline of learning the learning achievement Competence multimedia skills of students in SMK 2 Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.561 and effective contribution by 18.52%, 2) there is a significant contribution to the achievement of learning motivation to learn Competence multimedia skills of students in SMK 2 Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.515 and effective contribution of 11.64%, 3) there is a significant contribution to the achievement of a career expectations learn multimedia skills Competence N 2 Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.615 and effective contribution amounting to 23.47 %, 4) with the same, there is a significant contribution to the discipline of learning, learning motivation and career expectations of learning achievement competence multimedia skills of students in SMK 2 Seririt with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.732 and a 53.6% contribution to the achievement of learning competency skills multimedia student at SMK 2 Seririt.
