Kontribusi Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran SMK Negeri 2

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kontribusi (1) motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (2) disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (3) iklim kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, dan (4) motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru-guru di SMK N 2 Seririt. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan Skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan korelasi ganda, korelasi Person Product Moment,analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi = 32,813 + 0,607X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,1% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,8%, (2) terdapat kontribusi disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 88,6 + 0,772X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 31,3% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 15,3%, (3) terdapat kontribusi iklim kerja dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi = 45,757 + 0,968X3 dengan sebesar sebesar 45,8% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,9%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja dengan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru-guru di SMK N 2 Seririt melalui persamaan garis regresi = 1,503 + 0,441X1 + 0,398X2 + 0,438X3 dengan korelasi sebesar 0,56 dan kontribusi sebesar 58,8%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara terpisah maupun simultan, terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru-guru. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru-guru di SMK N 2 Seririt.

This study aimed to know whether there was contribution of (1) work motivation to the quality of learning management, (2) work discipline to the quality of learning management, (3) work atmosphere to the learning management, and (4) work motivation, work discipline and work atmosphere to the quality of teachers’ learning management at SMK N 2 Seririt. This study used ex-post facto plan. The data were collected by using Likert Scale questionnaire.The obtained data were analyzed through double correlation, Person Product Moment correlation, simple regression analysis, double regression analysis 3 predictors and efective contribution. The result of this study indicated that: (1) there was contribution of work motivation to the quality of learning management through regression line equation = 32,813 + 0,607X1with contribution of 45.1% and 20% of effective contribution, (2) there was contribution of work discipline to the quality of learning management through regression line equation = 88,6 + 0,772X2with contribution of 31.3% and 15.3% of effective contribution, (3) there was contribution of work atmosphere to the quality of learning management through regression line equation = 45,757 + 0,968X3with contribution of 45.8% and 19.9% of effective contribution, and (4) together there was contribution of work motivation, work discipline, and work atmosphere to the quality of teachers’ learning management at SMK N 2 Seriritthrough regression line equation = 1,503 + 0,441X1 + 0,398X2 + 0,438X3 with 0.56 of correlation and 58.8% of contribution. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that both separately and simultaneously there was significant contribution among work motivation, work discipline, and work atmosphere to quality of teachers’ learning management. Therefore, those three factors could be used as predictors of inclination level to the quality of teachers’ learning management at SMK N 2 Seririt.
