DETERMINASI PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN, SEMANGAT KERJA, DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU NORMATIF ADAPTIF DI SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) besarnya determinasi pendidikan dan latihan terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif, (2) besaran determinasi semangat kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif, (3) besaran determinasi iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif, dan (4) besaran determinasi secara bersama-sama pendidikan dan latihan, semangat kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan jumlah populasi 100 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang didapat 80 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner model skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalis dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan pendidikan dan latihan terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja sebesar 86,5% dengan sumbangan relatif 9,08% dan sumbangan efektifnya 8,17%, (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja sebesar 87,0% dengan sumbangan relatif 28,36% dan sumbangan efektifnya 25,52%, (3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja sebesar 89,7% dengan sumbangan relatif 62,55% dan sumbangan efektifnya 56,30%, dan (4) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan pendidikan dan latihan, semangat kerja, dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja sebesar 90,0% dengan sumbangan relatif 99,99% dan sumbangan efektifnya 89,99%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi pendidikan dan latihan, semangat kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja with a purpose to identify: (1) the scale of the education and training determination of the adaptive normative teachers performance, (2) the amount of work spirit determination of the adaptive normative teachers performance, (3) the amount of work climate determination on the adaptive normative teachers performance, and (4) the amount of the determination together with education and training, work spirit, and climate of work on the performance of adaptive normative teachers. This research used an ex-post facto approach with a population amount of 100 people with a “simple random sampling” technique with 80 people as the sample amount. All data was collected by questionnaire using a Likert scale of models. The data were analyzed with a descriptive statistics and a regression. The results showed that (1) there was a significant determination of education and training on the performance of normative adaptive teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja of 86.5% with the relative contribution of 9.08% and the effective contribution of 8.17%, (2) there was a significant determination of work spirit on the performance of adaptive normative teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja with amount of 87.0% with the relative contribution of 28.36% and the effective contribution of 25.52%, (3) there was a significant determination of work climate with adaptive normative teachers performance at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja with amount of 89.7% with the relative contribution of 62.55% and the effective contribution of 56.30%, and (4) there was a significant determination of education and training, work spirit, and climate of work together with the performance of adaptive normative teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja with amount of 90.0% with the relative contribution of 99.99% and the effective contribution of 89.99%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a determination of the education and training, work spirit, and work climate on the adaptive normative teachers performance of SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.
