KONTRIBUSI SARANA PRASARANA SEKOLAH, IKLIM SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI SMK PARIWISATA HARAPAN
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas sarana prasarana sekolah, iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap variabel terikat prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Penelitian di laksanakan di SMK Pariwisata Harapan Denpasar, dengan sampel sebanyak 138 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dengan skala Likert dan dokumen.Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi-regresi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: sarana prasarana sekolah, iklim sekolah, motivasi belajar siswa, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

ABSTRACT
THE CONTRIBUTION OF SCHOOL FACILITIES, SCHOOL CLIMATE, AND LEARNING MOTIVATION TOWARD LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF THE XI CLASS STUDENTS OF SMK PARIWISATA HARAPAN
The main objective of this study is to find out the contribution of independent variables namely school facilities, school climate and learning motivation toward dependent variable namely the students’ learning achievement. This study is an ex post facto in nature. This study is carried of SMK Pariwisata Harapan in Denpasar, involving 128 respondents. The technique used in this study is stratified proportional random sampling. The instruments are questionnaire Likert model and document. The data is analyzed by using descriptive analysis and regression-correlations. The findings of the study indicated that: school facilities, school climate, and students’ learning motivation both individually and simultaneously have positive and significant influences toward students’ learning achievement
