STUDI EVALUATIF TENTANG PENGELOLAAN SEKOLAH EFEKTIF PADA SMK PURI WISATA PANCASARI-BULELENG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pengelolaan sekolah dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk (CIPP). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah evaluatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan expost facto dalam bentuk studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektifitas pengelolaan sekolah efektif, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam Z-skor lalu ke T-Skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman.Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektifitas pelaksanaan pengelolaan sekolah tergolong sangat efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input proses dan produk dengan hasil berada pada kuadran I (+ + + +). Masalah yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan sekolah adalah sebagai berikut: ada masih belum optimalnya keberhasilan akademik maupun non akademik. Sebagai alternatif solusinya terhadap kendala-kendala ini antara lain dengan memperbanyak intesitas pengelolaan dibidang akademik dan membuat program terobosan untuk bisa menjawab permasalahan tersebut.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of school management views of the variable context, input, process and product (CIPP). The design of this research is descriptive evaluative, with ex post facto approach in the form of case studies. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documents. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of effective school management, raw scores were transformed into scores-Z and then to scores-T were then verified in a prototype Glickman.Hasil analysis found that the effectiveness of school management as very effective seen from the context variables, input processes and products with the result being in quadrant I (+ + + +). Problems encountered in the implementation of school management are as follows: there is still not optimal academic and non academic success. As an alternative solution to these constraints, among others, by increasing the intensity of management of the academic field and make a breakthrough program to be able to answer these problems.
