STUDI EVALUASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH INKLUSI DI SD NEGERI 2 BENGKALA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji efektivitas pelaksanaan program Sekolah Inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala ditinjau dari variabel konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini merupakan studi evaluasi dengan menggunakan pola CIPP. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, mencari z-skor, T-skor, dan mengkonversikan ke kuadran Glickman. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa: (1) kualitas program sekolah inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala ditinjau dari komponen konteks termasuk dalam kategori kurang efektif dengan frekuensi negatif (-), (2) kualitas program sekolah inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala ditinjau dari komponen input termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+), (3) kualitas program sekolah inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala ditinjau dari komponen proses termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+), (4) kualitas program sekolah inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala ditinjau dari komponen produk termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan frekuensi positif (+). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut pelaksanaan program sekolah inklusi di SD Negeri 2 Bengkala tergolong efektif dengan kondisi KIPP negatif-positif-positif-positif (- + + +).

The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the program of inclusion in the SD Negeri 2 Bengkala country in terms of context variables, inputs, processes, and products. This study is an evaluation study using CIPP pattern. Respondents were used in this study were 75 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire using Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, looking for a z-scores, T-scores, and convert into quadrants Glickman. Based on the research that has been conducted, showed that: (1) the quality of school programs of inclusion in the SD Negeri 2 Bengkala terms of the component context included in the excellent category with a frequency of negative (-), (2) the quality of school programs of inclusion in the SD Negeri 2 Bengkala terms of component input included in the excellent category with the frequency of positive (+), (3) the quality of school programs of inclusion in the SD Negeri 2 Bengkala terms of process components included in the excellent category with the frequency of positive (+), (4) the quality of school programs of inclusion in SD Negeri 2 Bengkala terms of component products included in both categories with a frequency of positive (+). Based on the results of the implementation of the inclusive school program in SD Negeri 2 Bengkala it’s an effective with the conditions of KIPP negative-positive-positive-positive (- + + +).
