Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : determinasi sikap professional guru, motivasi kerja, kompetensi guru dan Kinerja guru secara sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama pada di SMP N 4 Abiansemal. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam desain deskriptif korelasional ex-post facto dengan metode kuantitatif dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda, dan korelasi parsial.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pada di SMP N 4 Abiansemal yang berjumlah 70orang sedangkan yang menjadi sampelnya adalah keseluruhan guru yang dijadikan populasi, mengingat populasi sangat terbatas. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penyusunan kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan dari sikap profesional guru terhadap Kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 30,0% dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,9 %, (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 31,4% dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,9 %, (3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan dari kompetensi kerja guru terhadap Kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,4 % dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,3 %, dan (4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama dari sikap profesional guru, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru pada guru di SMP N 4 Abiansemal dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,2 %.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi yang signifikan dari sikap profesional guru, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru pada guru di SMP N 4 Abiansemal secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan Kinerja guru pada guru di SMP N 4 Abiansemal.

This research is aimed to find out : (1) determination of the Professional Attitude, Work motivation teacher's, Competence toward Teacher's Work Performance of SMP N 4 Abiansemal both singurarly as well as simultaneously.
The population for this research is all teachers of Elementary school in the area of SMPN 4 Abiansemal amounting of 70 persons.This sample were taken by using random sampling. This research applies ex-facto design. The data were collected by using questionnaires with Likert Scale model analyzed with simple and double regression, simple, double, partial correlation and determination analysis
The result of the research shows that (1) there is a significant determination of teacher’s professional attitude toward teacher’s work performance with contribution in the amount of 30,0 %, with eftective contribution (SE) of 20.9%,(2) there is a significant determination of work motivation toward teacher’s work performance with contribution in the amount of 31.4% with effective contribution of 13.9 %,(3) there is a significant determination of teacher’s competence toward teacher’s work performance with contribution in the amount of 29.4 % with effective contribution of 19.3 % and (4) there is a significant relationship collectively of the teacher’s professional attitude, work motivation and teacher’s competence toward teacher’s work performance with contribution in the amount of 54.2 %
Based on the findings it can be concluded that there is a significant contribution the teacher’s professional attitude,work motivation and competence toward teaher’s work performance SMP N 4 Abiansemal both separately as well as simultaneously. Thus, the three factors are used as the predictor of trends level of techer’s work performance of SMP N 4 Abiansemal
