DETERMINASI MOTIVASI KERJA, IKLIM KERJA DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU di SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta-Kabupaten Badung
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi motvasi kerja, iklim kerja sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi yang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung yang berjumlah 44 orang. Data motvasi kerja, iklim kerja sekolah, etos kerja, dan kinerja guru dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi partial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, 2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, 3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, dan 4) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan secara simultan motivasi kerja, iklim kerja sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung.

This study aims to determine the determination motvasi work, school work climate, and work ethic on the performance of teachers in vocational Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung. This research is ex-post facto. Population as well as a sample in this study were all Prshanti Vocational Teachers Nilayam Kuta Badung totaling 44 people. Data motvasi work, school work climate, work ethic, and the performance of teachers in this study were collected by questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on research that has been done can be concluded that: 1) there is a determination that a significant motivation to work on teacher performance SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, 2) there is a determination of significant climate school working on teacher performance SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, 3) there is a determination of significant work ethic on teacher performance SMK Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung, and 4) there is a significant simultaneous determination of work motivation, work climate of the school, and work ethic on the performance of vocational teachers Prshanti Nilayam Kuta Badung.
