Hubungan Supervisi Akademik, Motivasi Kerja Guru, Kompetensi Pedagogik dengan Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi yang sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang guru. Data supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat Hubungan yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan, dan 4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama – sama antara supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi pedagogik dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kediri Tabanan.

This study aims to determine the relationship of academic supervision, motivation of teachers, teachers' pedagogical competence to the performance of SMA Negeri 1 Kediri, Tabanan. This research is ex-post facto. Population as well as a sample in this study amounted to 50 teachers. Data of the academic supervision, motivation of teachers, teachers' pedagogical competence and performance were collected by questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on research that has been done can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant relationship between academic supervision with teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Kediri, Tabanan, 2) there is a significant correlation between work motivation of teachers with teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Kediri, Tabanan, 3) there is a relationship significant among pedagogical competence with teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Kediri, Tabanan, and 4) there is a significant relationship together - the collaboration between the academic supervision, motivation of teachers, teachers' pedagogical competence to the performance of SMA Negeri 1 Kediri, Tabanan.
