KONTRIBUSI IKLIM KERJA, SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH , DAN KUALIFIKASI AKADEMIK GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN KARANGASEM

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi iklim kerja, supervisi Kepala Sekolah, dan kualifikasi akademik guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem baik sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama.

Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Data iklim kerja, supervisi kepala sekolah, dan kinerja guru diperoleh melalui kuesioner sedangkan data kualifikasi akademik guru melalui studi dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,6%, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem dengan kontribusi sebesar 67.5%, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem dengan kontribusi sebesar16.29%, dan 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara iklim kerja, supervisi kepala sekolah, dan kualifikasi akademik guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,8%.

Kata kunci: iklim kerja, supervisi kepala sekolah, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kinerja guru.


ABSTRACT

This study is aimed to determine contributionto on the performance of teachers working climate, principal supervision, and teachers academic qualifications to the performance of Junior High School teachers in Karangasem District.

This study was conducted ex post facto. Working climate data, principal supervision, and teachers performance were obtained through documentation study.

The results of this study were (1) there is a significant contribution toward working climate on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Karangasem District with 68.6% contribution, (2) there is a significant contribution toward principal supervision on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Karangasem District with 67.5% contribution, (3) there is a significant contribution toward teachers academic qualifications on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Karangasem District with 56.5% contribution, (4) there is a significant contribution toward working climate, principals supervision, and teachers academic qualifications on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Karangasem District with 78,8% contribution.
