DETERMINASI MOTIVASI KERJA, OUTPUT CONTENT MATA PELAJARAN PRODUKTIF DAN PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP SIKAP MENTAL BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA (Studi deskriptif terhadap siswa SMK Kelompok Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Buleleng)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kecenderungan motivasi, output content mata pelajaran produktif, dan efektivitas pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa, (2) menganalisis hubungan output content mata pelajaran produktif, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa, dan (3) menganalisis hubungan motivasi, output content mata pelajaran produktif, dan efektifitas pendidikan kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap sikap mental berwirausaha siswa.

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis determinasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Populasi penelitian adalah siswa tingkat XII tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 pada semua Kompetensi Keahlian di SMK Kelompok Teknologi dan Rekayasa di Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 391. Sampel penelitian diambil secara proporsional pada setiap Kompetensi Keahlian dengan jumlah sampel 186.  data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket.

Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Sikap Mental Berwirausaha melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = 30,800+ 0,568X1, dengan determinasi 45,8 % dan sumbangan efektif 28,95%,  (2) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan Output Content Mata Pelajaran Produktif terhadap Sikap Mental Berwirausaha melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ = 4,322+ 1,099X2, dengan determinasi 33,1 % dan sumbangan efektif 17,66 %,  (3) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Sikap Mental Berwirausaha melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ = 60,292+ 0,366X3, dengan determinasi 29,5 % dan sumbangan efektif 13,45 %, (4) Terdapat determinasi yang signifikan motivasi, output content mata pelajaran produktif, pendidikan kewirausahaan secara simultan terhadap Sikap Mental Berwirausaha melalui persamaan garis regresi Ŷ = -8,497 + 0,359X1 + 0,587X2+0,167X3, dengan determinasi 60,1 %.

ABSTRACT

 

The study aimed at (1) describing the tendency of motivation, content output of productive subject matterand effectiveness of entrepreneurship education towards the students’ mental attitudes in running entrepreneurship activities (2) analyzing the relationship between  content output of productive subject matter, and entrepreneurship education towards the students’ mental attitude in running entrepreneurship activities, (3) analyzing the extand of determinity motivation, content output of productive subject matter, and effectiveness of entrepreneurship education towards the students’ mental attitudes in running entrepreneurship activities.

The study was conducted based on determinity analysis with a quantitative approach, involving a total number of 391 students of class XII in groups Technology and Engineering in all skilled competencyat SMK in 2011/2012. The samples were determined proportionally in every skilled competency to a total number of 186 students. The data were collected by using questionnaires.

The findings indicated that (1) there was a significant determinity of working motivation towards the students’ mental attitudes in running business with a regression line equation of Ŷ=30.800+0.568X1 with relative contribution of 45.8% and effective contribution of 28.95%, (2) there was a significant determination of content output of productive subject matter towards the students’ mental attitude in running business with regression equation line of Ŷ=4.322+1.099X2, with relative contribution of 33.1% and effective contribution of 17.66%, (3) there was a significant determination of entrepreneurship education towards  the students’ mental attitude in running business with regression equation line of Ŷ=60.292X3, with relative contribution of 29.5% and effective contribution of 13.45%, (4) there was a simultaneous significant determination of motivation, content output of productive subject matter, entrepreneurship education towards the students’ mental attitude in running entrepreneurship activity with regression equation line of Ŷ=-8.497+0.359X1+0.587X2+0.167X3,with contribution of 60.1%.
