KONTRIBUSI IKLIM KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA , DAN APRESIASI PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU SMA PGRI DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Kontribusi :1) Iklim Organisasi, (2) Motivasi Kerja, (3) Apresiasi Pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru, (4) Secara bersama-sama antara Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Apresiasi Pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMA PGRI di Kota Denpasar, dengan menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Populasi subyek adalah  seluruh Guru SMA PGRI di Kota Denpasar yang berjumlah 90 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan. Jumlah anggota sampel 72 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner menggunakan Model Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, ganda, korelasi ganda, dan parsial. Seluruh proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS 15.0 for windows.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan (1) Iklim Organisasi, dengan kontribusi 26,1 % dan sumbangan efektif (SE) 18,9 %, (2) Motivasi Kerja,dengan kontribusi 30,3 % dan sumbangan efektif (SE) 13,0 %, (3)  Apresiasi Pendidikan, dengan kontribusi 29,8 % dan  sumbangan efektif (SE) 21,5 % terhadap  Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMA PGRI di Kota Denpasar, (4) Secara bersama – sama Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Apresiasi Pendidikan  terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Guru SMA PGRI di Kota Denpasar dengan kontribusi 53,3 %.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the research is to find variables contribution values of; (1) Organization Climates, (2) Works Motivation, (3) Educational Appreciation, (4) all variables together with Teachers Work Productivity of SMA PGRI Denpasar.

This study uses ex-post facto approach. Subject population is the all of the teacher SMA PGRI in Denpasar, amounting to 90 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling using tables of Krejcie and Morgan. Samples obtained 72 people. The data was collected by questionnaire with using Likert Scale Model. Analysis of data used by the simple regression analysis techniques, double correlation, and partial. The entire process of data processing performed by SPSS 15.0 software for windows.

The results of data analysis showed that there have significant contribution : (1) Organizational Climate, with a contribution 26.1%. and contributing effectively (SE) 18.9%, (2) Work Motivation, with contributions 30 , 3%., and contributing effectively (SE) 13.0%, (3) Education Appreciation, with contributions 29,8%, and contributing effectively (SE) 21.5%, (4) Taken together as there are Organizational Climate, Work Motivation and Education Appreciation of Teacher Work Productivity SMA PGRI in Denpasar, with  contribution  53.3%.
