KONTRIBUSI PERSEPSI GURU PADA SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL PENGAWASAN SEKOLAH, DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU BAHASA INDONESIA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  kontribusi persepsi guru pada supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, supervisi manajerial pengawasan sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja  guru bahasa Indonesia SMA Negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 57 orang melalui teknik proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik infrensial dengan  teknik analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi ganda. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 15,00 for windows.

Hasil penelitan menunjukkan: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ=104,990+0,343X₁ dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,582;  konstribusi sebesar 33,9%; (F_reg=28,211;p<0,05); (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi manajerial pengawasan sekolah dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ =122,299+0,206X₂ dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,650; kontribusi sebesar 42,3% (F_reg=40,290; p<0,05);  (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi guru dengan kinerja guru melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ =34,223+0,723X₃ dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,695; konstribusi sebesar 48,4%; (F_reg= 51,504;p<0,05); dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara  supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, supervisi manajerial kepala sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ=43,165 + 0,152X₁ + 0,095X₂ + 0,446X₃ dengan koefisien korelasi ganda (r_y-123) sebesar 0,802; dan kontribusi sebesar 64,3%; (F_reg= 31,827; p<0,05);  Sumbangan efektif untuk masing-masing variabel bebas adalah  X₁=15,08%, X₂=19,42% dan X₃=29,81% dan total sumbangan efektif sebesar 64,3%.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, supervisi manajerial pengawasan sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi berkontribusi yang signifikan secara terpisah maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Indonesia SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar. Dengan demikian ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecendrungan kinerja guru Bahasa Indonesia SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the contribution of perception of teachers on the principal academic supervision, supervision of school managerial control, and achievement motivation of teachers to the performance of Indonesian senior high school teachers in Gianyar regency. This study is an ex post facto study using a sample size of 57 people through proportionate random sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and measurement variables using Likert scale models. Using statistical data analysis techniques infrensial with simple regression analysis, multiple regression and multiple correlation. Data processing performed by SPSS version 15.00 for windows.

Research results indicate: (1) there is a significant contribution to the academic supervision of the principal to the performance of teachers through the regression equation Y = 104,990 + 0,343X₁ with a correlation coefficient of 0.582; contribution of 33,9%; (F_reg = 28.211, p < 0,05), (2) there is a significant contribution between managerial supervision supervision of schools with teacher’s performance through the regression equation Y = 122,299 + 0,206X₂ with correlation coefficient of 0.650; contribution of 42,3% (F_reg = 40,290, p <0,05), (3) there is a significant contribution to achievement motivation among teachers and teacher performance through the regression equation Y = 34,223 + 0,723 X₃ with a correlation coefficient of 0.695; contribution of 48,4%; (F_reg = 51,504, p<0,05); and (4) there is a significant contribution in co-operation between the academic supervision of the principal, the principal managerial supervision, and achievement motivation through the regression equation Y = 43,165 + 0,152X₁ + 0,095X₂ + 0,446X₃ with multiple correlation coefficient (ry-123) for 0,802, and a contribution of 64,3%; (F_reg = 31,827, p<0,05); effective contribution of each independent variable is X₁ = 15,08%, X₂ = 19,42%, and X₃ = 29.81 % and the total contribution of 64,3% effective.

Based on these results we can conclude that the principal academic supervision, supervision and managerial supervision of schools contribute a significant achievement motivation separately or simultaneously to the performance of Indonesian senior high school teachers in the district of Gianyar. Thus these three variables can be used as a predictor of the performance trend of Indonesian senior high school teachers in the district of Gianyar.
