KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI PENGAJARAN, PELATIHAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PADA GURU SD NEGERI GUGUS VI DI KECAMATAN SUKAWATI, KABUPATEN GIANYAR
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) kontribusi supervisi pengajaran terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar , (2) kontribusi pelatihan terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar, (3) kontribusi pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar, (4) kontribusi supervisi pengajaran , pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post fakto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan sampel mencakup guru-guru SD Negeri Gugus VI di Kecamatan Sukawati, yang berjumlah 59 responden. Penelitian ini adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk variabel supervisi pengajaran, dan kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Penyusunan kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi parsial.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari supervisi pengajaran terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,5%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 40,7% (2) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari pelatihan terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 14,7%, (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,5%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 18,6%, (4) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari supervisi pengajaran, pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 73,9%.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari supervisi pengajaran, pelatihan, pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar. Supervisi pengajaran yang terbentuk memberikan kontribusi yang paling besar. Hal ini berarti bahwa supervisi pengajaran merupakan prediktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran pada guru SD Negeri Gugus VI Di Kecamatan Sukawati, Kabupaten Gianyar

ABSTRACT
Aim of this study is to know and to analyze: (1) contribution of the teaching supervision to the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, (2) contribution of training to the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, (3) contribution of working experience to the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, (4) contribution in simultaneous between teaching supervision, training, and work experience with the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency.
These studies is ex-post facto research in the form of correlational, as sample were public elementary school teachers in cluster VI of subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, number of sample were 59 respondents. The study was a survey. Data was collected by using questionnaire for variable of the teaching supervision, training, working experience and management quality. Arrangement of questionnaires was carried out by using Likert scale models. Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression and partial correlation analysis.
The result shows that (1) there is a significant contribution of the teaching supervision with the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency with contribution of 45.%, effective contribution (SE) of 40.7%, (2) There is a significant contribution of training to the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, with contribution of 35%, effective contribution (SE) of 14.7%, (3) There is a significant contribution of work experience with the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency, with contribution of 33.5%, effective contribution (SE) of 18.6%, (4 ) There is a significant contribution of teaching supervision, training, working experience to the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency., with a contribution of 73.9%.
Based on these findings concluded that there is a significant contribution of teaching supervision, training, work experience toward the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency. Teaching supervision brought in the highest contribution. This means that the teaching supervision is the most dominant predictor in improving the the management quality of learning process on the public elementary school teacher of Cluster VI In The Subdistrict of Sukawati, Gianyar regency.
