Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar, (2) kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar, (3) kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar, (4) kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post fakto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan sampel mencakup guru-guru di lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar, yang berjumlah 114 orang. Penelitian ini adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk variabel perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru. Penyusunan kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi parsial.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 37,2%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 21,5%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 11,5%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,7%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 9,7%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 7%. (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 27,4%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 14,9%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 9,4%.(4) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar sebesar 46,3%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar. Perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang terbentuk memberikan kontribusi yang paling besar. Hal ini berarti bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan prediktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD di Lingkungan PR Saraswati Denpasar.

Aim of this study is to know and to analyze: (1) contribution of the principal's leadership behavior to the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, (2) contribution of achievement motivation to the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, (3) contribution of organizaation culture to the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, (4) contribution in simultaneous between principle leadership behavior, achievement motivation and organization culture with the elementary school teacher performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar..
These studies is ex-post facto research in the form of correlational, as sample were teachers in area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, number of sample were 114 respondents. The study was a survey. Data was collected by using questionnaire for variable of the principal leadership behavior, achievement motivation, organization culture and teacher performance. Arrangement of questionnaires was carried out by using Likert scale models. Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression and partial correlation analysis.
The result shows that (1) there is a significant contribution of the principle leadership behavior with the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar have contribution of 37.2%, effective contribution (SE) of 21.5%, and partial determination of 11, 5%. (2) There is a significant contribution of achievement motivation to the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, have contribution of 18.7%, effective contribution (SE) of 9.7%, and partial determination of 7%. (3) There is a significant contribution of organization culture to the elemantary school teacher’s performance in area of PR Saraswati Denpasar have contribution of 27.4%, effective contribution (SE) of 14.9%, and partial determination of 9.4%. (4 ) There is a significant contribution of principal's leadership behavior, achievement motivation, organization culture to the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar, have contribution of 46.3%. Based on these findings concluded that there is a significant contribution of principle leadership behavior, achievement motivation, organization culture to the elementary teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar. Principle leadership behavior have highest contribution. This means that the principal's leadership behavior is the most dominant predictor in improving the elementary school teacher’s performance in the area of PR Saraswati Denpasar.
