KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD DI GUGUS III KECAMATAN SUKASADA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar kontribusi simultan gaya kepemimpinan, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi tehadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di gugus III Kecamatan Sukasada. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 8 (delapan) sekolah dasar yang terdiri dari 55 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis menggunakan analisis statistik (Multiple Regresion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di gugus III Kecamatan Sukasada sebesar 37,7%. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berkontribusi signifikan sebesar 39,8%, dan budaya organisasi berkontribusi signifikan sebesar 43,9%. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi merupakan faktor yang strategis untuk mewujudkan kinerja guru SD di gugus III Kecamatan Sukasada, dengan kontribusi simultan sebesar 65,0%.

Abstract

 

This study was aimed at examining the simultaneous contribution of leadership style, principal’s academic supervision, and organization culture to teacher’s performance at primary schools of Gugus III in Sukasada district. This study was an ex-post facto research. The population consisted of 55 teachers from 8 (eight) primary schools. The data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested in terms of validity and reliability. The data were analyzed statistically (multiple regression ). The results showed that  leadership style had a significant contribution (37.7% contribution) to teacher’s performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district.  Principal’s academic supervision had a significant contribution (39.8% contribution) and organization culture had a significant contribution (43.9% contribution) to teacher’s performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district. Simultaneously, leadership style, principal’s academic supervision, and organization culture are strategic factors in creating teacher’s performance at SDs of Gugus III of Sukasada district  with 65.0% simultaneous contribution. .
