DETERMINASI KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN, DISIPLIN BELAJAR, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS X SMK PGRI 5 DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Determinasi Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, Disiplin Belajar dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X di SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMK PGRI 5 denpasar dengan jumlah 474 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie and Morgan sehingga jumlah sampel menjadi 265 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, Disiplin Belajar dan Motivasi Berprestasi masing-masing memiliki determinasi yang signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia, dan (2) secara bersama-sama memiliki determinasi yang signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia, dengan sumbangan efektif (SE) masing-masing ialah Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran = 16,5 %, Disiplin Belajar = 22,1 %, dan Motivasi Berprestasi = 20,0 %. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Pengelolaan Pembelajaran, Disiplin Belajar dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas X di SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the magnitude of Learning Management Quality Determination, Discipline Learning and Achievement Motivation to the result of learns Indonesian for students class X in SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar separately or simultaneously. Population of this study was all students in class X in SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar with the number of 474 students. Sampling was done by simple random sampling using table Krejcie and Morgan so the number of sample becomes 265 people. This study used ex-post facto plan. The data were collected by questioner and observation sheet. Data were analyzed by correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there was a positive and significant determination between (1)quality of learning management, learning discipline and achievement motivation each have a significant determination towards learning outcomes Indonesian, and (2)jointly have a significant determination towards learning outcomes Indonesian, the effective contribution each one is the quality of the learning management of 16,5%, learning dicipline of 22,1%, and achievement motivation of 20,0%. Based on these findings it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant contribution to the quality management of learning, achievement motivation and discipline to learn the results of Indonesian students studying in class X SMK PGRI 5 Denpasar separately or simultaneously.
