STUDI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN SISTEM GANDA PADA SISWA JURUSAN AKOMODASI PERHOTELAN DI SMK NEGERI 5 DENPASAR

Kualitas lulusan saat ini masih banyak yang kalah saing dengan kursus-kursus yang ada dilapangan, dan program-program training pariwisata lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda pada siswa jurusan akomodasi perhotelan di SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar dilihat dari variabel konteks, masukan, proses dan produk.Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian evaluatif kuantitatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas program model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk. Jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 35 orang, Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam  prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda pada siswa jurusan akomodasi perhotelan di SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar kategori  efektif  dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan hasil dengan hasil (+ + + +).  Artinya; pada variabel konteks efektif, pada variabel input efektif, pada variabel proses efektif, dan pada variabel produk efektif. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda pada siswa jurusan akomodasi perhotelan di SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar tergolong dalam kategori  efektif.

Abstact

Quality of graduates is still much less competitive with existing courses in the field, and training programs other tourism.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the dual system of education to students majoring in hospitality accommodation in SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar views of variable context, input, process and product.Research conducted including quantitative evaluative research, which shows the procedure and process of program implementation. In this study to analyze the effectiveness of the program by analyzing the role of each factor according to the model of CIPP. Number of samples were 35 members consisting of the principal, Data was collected using questionnaires. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of the program, raw scores were transformed into T-scores were then verified in a prototype Glickman The analysis finds that the effectiveness of the dual system of education to students majoring in hospitality accommodation in SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar affective categories of variable context, input, process and results with the results (+ + + +). Meaning: in the context of effective variables, the effective input variables, the effective process variables, and  the  variables effective product. Based on the these findings it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the dual system of education to students majoring in hospitality accommodation SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar
