DETERMINASI EKSPEKTASI KARIR, KECERDASAN EMOSI, DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP SE-KECAMATAN BLAHBATUH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi ekspektasi karir, kecerdasan emosi, dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-Kecamatan Blahbatuh. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 orang guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan ukuran 100 orang sampel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi ekspektasi karir guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh dengan determinasi sebesar 35,1%, (2) terdapat determinasi kecerdasan emosi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh dengan determinasi sebesar 21,6%, (3) terdapat determinasi kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh dengan determinasi sebesar 37,9%, dan (4) terdapat determinasi ekspektasi karir guru, kecerdasan emosi guru, dan kompetensi profesional guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 52,1%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi ekspektasi karir guru, kecerdasan emosi guru, dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP se-kecamatan Blahbatuh.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict. This study belonged to ex post facto. Sampling in this study utilized simple random sampling that amounts 100 teachers. The data analyzed by using partial correlation and multiple linier regression. The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a determination of carier expectation towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with  the value 35.1%, (2) there is a determination of emotional intelligency towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with  the value 21.6%, (3) there is a determination of professional competency towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with  the value 37.9%, dan (4) there are determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict with the value 52,1%. Based on this finding it concluded that there is a determination of carier expectation, emotional intelligence, and professional competency towards teacher’s performance in SMP of Blahbatuh subdistrict.
