KONTRIBUSI KOMPETENSI GURU, SIKAP PROFESI GURU, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SUKAWATI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (2) untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi sikap profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (3) untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru, sikap profesi guru, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMAN 1 Sukawati. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi  penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMAN 1 Sukawati, dengan jumlah populasi 65 orang guru. Responden diambil sebanyak 65 orang, penelitian ini meneliti seluruh populasi yang ada yang dikenal dengan istilah penelitian populasi atau penelitian sensus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi pada taraf signifikansi 5%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi dari kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 36,1% dengan sumbangan efektif 17,7%,  (2) terdapat kontribusi dari sikap profesi guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 37,8% dengan sumbangan efektif 20,9%, (3) terdapat kontribusi  dari  motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 39,3% dengan sumbangan efektif 22,0%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi positif antara kompetensi guru, sikap profesi guru, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru pada SMAN 1 Sukawati, dengan kontribusi sebesar 60,6%.

Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the extend of (1) the contribution of the teacher’s competency toward the teacher’s performance, (2) the contribution of teacher’s profession attitude toward the teacher’s performance, (3) the contribution of teacher’s work’s motivation toward teacher’s performance, and (4) the contribution of teacher’s competency, profession attitude, and work motivation toward teacher’s performance of SMAN 1 Sukawati. This study belong to an ex-post facto. Population are the whole teacher’s at SMAN 1 Sukawati which contained 65 teachers. Sampel was taken from the whole teacher at SMAN 1 Sukawati by using population research. They were analyzed based on regression analysis on 5% significant level. The result of the study indicated that: (1) there is contribution of teacher’s competency toward teacher’s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 36,1% and its effective contribution 17,7%, (2) there is contribution of teacher’s profession attitude toward teacher’s performance  with its contribution 37,8% and its effective contribution 20,9%, (3) there is contribution of teacher’s work’s motivation toward teacher’s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 39,3% and its effective contribution 22,0%, and (4) there is positive contribution of teachers competency, profession attitude and work’s motivation towards teacher’s performance at SMAN 1 Sukawati with its contribution 60,6%.
