PENGARUH KUALITAS SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DITINJAU DARI STATUS SERTIFIKASI GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN TABANAN

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan manganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru-guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan berdasarkan status sertifikasi.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru PNS pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan yang berjumlah 625 orang. Dengan menggunakan tabel Isaac dan Michael ditetapkan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 221 orang yang terdiri dari kelompok guru non sertifikasi sebanyak 125 orang dan kelompok guru sertifikasi sebanyak 96 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner model skala Likert dan Instrumen Penilaian Kemampuan Guru (IPKG) yang  dianalisis dengan analisis kovarian.

Hasil analisis ditemukan (1) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru non sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan dengan F hitung sebesar 13,690, (2) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru non sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan setelah kovariabel supervisi akademik dikendalikan dengan F hitung sebesar 13,499, (3) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru non sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan setelah kovariabel etos kerja dikendalikan dengan F hitung sebesar 28,328, (4) terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru non sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan setelah kovariabel supervisi akademik dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama dikendalikan dengan F hitung sebesar 24,319, dengan sumbangan efektif supervisi akademik sebesar 14,40% dan etos kerja sebesar 13,57%.

Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa status sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru-guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan, baik sebelum dan sesudah kovariabel supervisi akademik dan etos kerja dikendalikan.

THE INFLUENCE OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISION QUALITY AND FRAME WORK TO THE THEACHER WORK BASE ON THEACHER SERTIFICATION AT SMAN AT TABANAN REGENCY

ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of research is knowing and analyze the influence of academic surpervision and frame work to the teacher’s work at SMAN at Tabanan Regency based on status of sertification.

The population reaserch is all teacher’s (PNS) at SMAN at Tabanan Regency that consists of 625 persons. The reaserch used Isaac table and Michael with 221 persons that consisits of 125 persons who are not setificated and 96 persons who are sertificated based on proporsional random sampling. This reaserch using reaserch planning name ex-post facto. The data was collected by using likert scale model quisioner and the instrument of value to the teacher’s ability (IPKG) used covarian analysis.

The result of analysis was found (1) The defrences of teacher’s work who are not sertificated with teacher work who are sertificated at SMAN at Tabanan Regency with F count is 13,690, there are (2) the defrences of teacher work who are sertificated at SMAN at Tabanan Regency after using academic supervision covariable controlled by F count 13,449, (3) there is olso defrences between teacher work who are not sertificated to the teacher work who are sertificated at SMAN at Tabanan Regency after using covariable of frame work controlled F count 28,328, (4) There are  the defrence teacher’s work who are not sertificated with teacher’s work who are sertificated at SMAN at Tabanan Regency after using academic surpervision covariable and frame work together controlled with F count is 24,319, which had academic supervision about 14,40% and frame work was about 13,57%.

Based on this obsevation, we can conclude that sertification status influence to teacher’s  work at SMAN at Tabanan Regency, before and after covariable academic supervision and frame work controlled.
