STUDI KORELASIONAL : SISTEM PEREKRUTAN, SELEKSI DAN PRE SERVICE TRAINING DALAM PENUGASAN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL MENJADI KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN SUPERVISI KLINIS PADA SMP DI KABUPATEN BADUNG.
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara sistem rekrutmen jabatan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung, (2) hubungan antara sistem seleksi jabatan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung, (3) hubungan antara pre-service training dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung, dan (4) hubungan secara bersama-sama antara sistem rekrutmen jabatan kepala sekolah, sistem seleksi jabatan kepala sekolah, dan pre-service training dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung.
Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung yang berjumlah 17 orang yang sekaligus dipakai responden penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dan sumbangan efektif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) RX1Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 42,80% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,50%, (2) terdapat RX2Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 42,50% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,20%, (3) RX3Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,10% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38,00%, dan (4) terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antarasistem rekrutmen jabatan kepala sekolah, sistem seleksi jabatan kepala sekolah, pre-service training dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung dengan kontribusi sebesar 72,70%.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat diimplikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antarasistem rekrutmen jabatan kepala sekolah, sistem seleksi jabatan kepala sekolah, dan pre-service training dengan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kualitas layanan supervisi klinis kepala SMP di Kabupaten Badung.

CORRELATIONAL STUDY OF RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, AND PRE-SERVICE TRAINING SYSTEMS IN ACCUSING CIVIL EMPLOYEE TO BE HEADMASTER AND THEIR CORRELATION TO THE CLINICAL SUPERVISION SERVICE QUALITY IN THE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF BADUNG REGENCY.
ABSTRACT
This research is aimed at observing: (1) The correlation between the headmaster recruitment system and the clinical supervision service quality in Junior High School of Badung Regency, (2) The correlation between the headmaster selection system and the clinical supervision service quality in the Junior High School of Badung Regency, (3) The correlation between headmaster pre-service training system and the clinical supervision service quality in the Junior High School of Badung Regency. (4) The correlation between the headmaster recruitment system, the headmaster selection system and the headmaster pre-service training system and the clinical supervision service quality in the Junior High School of Badung Regency.
The population of this study consists of all junior high school headmaster totaling 17 who were also used as research respondent. The ex-post facto approach was applied. The data were collected by questionnaire with Likert scale. Simple regression, simple correlation, multiple regression, and effective contribution were employed to analyze the data.
The findings reveal that: (1) RX1Y was significant positively correlated with the clinical supervision service quality with 7,50% effective contribution, (2) RX2Y was significant positively correlated with the clinical supervision service quality with 27,20% effective contribution, , (3) RX3Y was significant positively correlated with the clinical supervision service quality with 38,00 effective contribution, (4) The headmaster recruitment, selection and pre-service training system in the Junior High School of Badung Regency were significant positively correlated with the clinical supervision service quality in the Junior High School of Badung Regency with the 72,70% effective contribution.
The significant positively correlation between the headmaster recruitment system, the headmaster selection system and pre-service training system, and the clinical supervision service quality can be referred as predictor of the clinical supervision service quality inclination degree.
