STUDI KORELASI KOMPETENSI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPETENSI GURU, DAN SARANA PRASARANA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN BELAJAR SISWA DI SMAK SANTO YOSEPH DENPASAR

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi antara (1) kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa, (2) kompetensi guru terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa, (3) sarana prasarana sekolah terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa, dan (4) secara bersama-sama kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah,  kompetensi guru, dan sarana prasarana sekolah terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa.

Populasi subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAK Santo Yoseph Denpasar dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 265 orang diambil dengan teknik proportional random. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial dan analisis determinasi.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru, dan sarana prasarana sekolah berkorelasi secara signifikan dan dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap tingkat kepuasan belajar siswa SMAK Santo Yoseph Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan.

The Correlation Study of the Principal’s Leadership Competence, Teacher’s Competence, and the School’s Facilities and Equipment to the Student’s Learning Satisfaction in SMAK Santo Yoseph Denpasar.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to find out the degree of correlation of (1) the principal’s leadership competence to the student’s learning satisfaction, (2) the teacher’s competence to the student’s learning satisfaction, (3) the school’s facilities and equipment to the student’s learning satisfaction, and (4) the whole of the principal’s leadership competence, teacher’s competence, and school’s facilities and equipment to student’s learning satisfaction.

The population of this research is the whole students of SMAK Santo Yoseph Denpasar, 265 students are taken as sample with the proportional random sampling technique. This research used ex-post facto plan. The data was collected by questionnaire, and was analyzed by modestly regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, multiple regression, partial correlation and determination analyzed.

The thesis shows that: the principle’s leadership competence, teacher’s competence and school’s facilities and equipments are correlated significantly which can be used as a predictor of the student’s learning satisfaction in SMAK Santo Yoseph  Denpasar, either separately or simultaneously.
