KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KEPUASAN KERJA GURU, DAN KOMITMEN KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KOTA AMLAPURA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kontribusi kepuasan kerja guru, dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura baik secara mandiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian Expost facto (pengukuran setelah kejadian), karena data penelitian baik variabel bebas maupun variabel terikat telah terjadi sebelum penelitian ini diadakan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 97 orang guru PNS di SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah simpel random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner perilaku kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja guru, dan komitmen kerja guru, sedangkan data kinerja guru digunakan pedoman observasi penilaian kinerja guru (PK guru tahun 2013). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regersi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kontribusi kepuasan kerja guru, dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura baik secara mandiri maupun secara bersama-sama.

This study aimed at determining the contribution of principal leadership behaviors, teacher job satisfaction and commitment on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura either independently or jointly. This study was an ex post facto research (after the measurement of the incident) because the research data, both independent and dependent variables had occurred before the study was conducted. The sample of this study was 97 high school teachers in in Amlapura. The research found out that principal leadership behaviors, teacher’s job satisfaction and commitment had positive and significant contributions on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura either independently or jointly.
