KONTRIBUSI ADVERSITY QUOTIENT (AQ), ETOS KERJA, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KOTA AMLAPURA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi Adversity Quotient (Aq) terhadap kinerja guru SMA negeri di Kota Amlapura; 2) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura; 3) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi budaya organisas terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura; dan 4) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi Adversity Quotient (Aq), etos kerja, budaya organisasi, terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian Expost facto. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 97 orang guru PNS di SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) kuesioner AQ, dan (2) kuesioner etos kerja guru, (3) kuesioner budaya organisasi sekolah, dan (4) observasi kinerja guru. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi secara signifikan adversity quotient (AQ), Etos Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kota Amlapura.

This study was aimed to: (1) determine the contribution of Adversity Quotient (Aq) on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura; 2) determine the contribution of work ethic on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura; 3) determine the contribution of organizational culture on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura, and 4) determine the contribution of Adversity Quotient (Aq), work ethic, and organizational culture to the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura. This research was an ex post facto research (after the measurement of the incident). The sample consisted of 97 high school teachers in Amlapura. The result showed that Adversity Quotient (AQ), work ethics, and organizational culture had significant contribution on the performance of high school teachers in Amlapura.
