ANALISIS BIAYA PENDIDIKAN SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR CIPTA DHARMA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2009/2010

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di SD Cipta Dharma Denpasar dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi satuan biaya pendidikan per siswa dan satuan biaya pendidikan sekolah SD Cipta Dharma Denpasar tahun pelajaran (2009/2010) dilakukan dengan pencatatan dokume, keterkaitan antara satuan biaya pendidikan itu dengan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan penelitian dokumen. Dalam penelitian ini dilibatkan 78 staf edukatif SD Cipta Dharma Denpasar.
Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi product moment dari Pearson menunjukkan : 1) biaya total yang dikelola yayasan sebagai masukan yang bersumber dari orang tua siswa besarnya Rp. 4.588.100.000,00 dan satuan biaya pendidikan per siswa sebesar Rp. 3.958.671,00 ada hubungan yang signifikan anatar masing-masing alokasi anggaran (gaji/kesejahteraan, biaya pembinaan profesi, biaya pengadaan alat/bahan, biaya pengadaan buku pelajaran/perpustakaan, dan biaya pengelolaan sekolah), dan 3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara proses belajar mengajar (PBM) dengan prestasi belajar.
Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa satuan biaya pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap proses belajar mengajar dan prestasi siswa, terutama untuk Sekolah Dasar Cipta Dharma Denpasar.

ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL COST OF STUDENTS OF CIPTA DHARMA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN 2009/2010.
ABSTRACT
The study was conducted at the Cipta Dharma Elementary School by using documentation method in order to figure out an educational unit cost per student and an annual educational school unit cost for Cipta Dharma Elementary School in 2009/2010; the relationship between the educational unit costs and the quality of process as well as output of the students’ learning was carried out by using document study. It involved a total number of 78 educational staffs of Cipta Dharma Elementary School Denpasar.
The aims of the study were to find out: (1) the total of educational unit cost per student and an annual educational school unit cost for Cipta Dharma Elementary School in 2009/2010 and (2) the relationship between the educational unit cost and the quality of process as well as the students’ learning achievement.
The data analysis was conducted descriptively and the results of Pearson product moment analysis indicated that: 1) the total educational cost managed by the Founation as cost input coming from the students’ parents was about Rp. 4.588.100.000,00 and the educational unit cost per student was about Rp. 3.958.671,00, there was a significant correlation between every budgeting allocation (like; staffs salary/welfare, profession development cost, facilities and material procurement cost, text-books procurement cost/library, and school management cots), 2) there was significant correlation between teaching and learning process and the students’ learning achievement.
Based on the finding, it could, therefore be concluded educational unit cost provide large amount of contribution towards the students’ teaching and learning process and their achievement, in particular at the Cipta Dharma Elementary School Denpasar.
