KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI, TERHADAP KINERJA GURU IPA PADA SMP NEGERI 1 DI KABUPATEN TABANAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru IPA pada SMP Negeri 1 di Kabupaten Tabanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dan data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat: (1) kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial terhadap kinerja guru IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 78,15%, dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 11,78%, (2) kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru terhadap kinerja guru IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 88,17%, dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 68,63% (3) kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,29%, dan sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 8,19%, dan (4) kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru IPA dengan kontribusi sebesar 88,60%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan supervisi manajerial, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru IPA. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan indikator tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru IPA pada SMP Negeri 1 di Kabupaten Tabanan.

The study was conducted to analyse and discover the contribution of manajerial supervison, school leadership head-master, and organization climate towards the IPA teacehrs’ performance in SMP Negeri 1 in Tabanan Regency. The population of this study were 45 and all of population to be sample. This study is an “ex-post facto” research. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using simple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The result shows that: (1) there is a significant determination between manajerial supervision toward The IPA teacehrs’ Performance with the contribution value of 78,15% and effective contribution of 11,78%, (2) there is a significant determination between school leadership head-master towards the IPA teacehrs’ performance with the contribution value of 88,17% and effective contribution of 68,63%, (3) there is a significant determination between organization climate towards the IPA teacehrs’ performance with the contribution value of 15,29%, and effective contribution of 8,19%, (4) simultaneously managerial supervision, leadership school head-master, and organization climate towards the IPA teachers' performance with the contribution value of 88,60%. Based on the findings, the study concluded were positive and significant contribution between the managerial supervision, school leadership head-master, and organization climate towards the IPA teachers' performance. Accordingly the above three factors could become predictable indicators of the tendency level of the IPA teachers' performance in the SMP Negeri 1 around the area of Tabanan Regency.
