DETERMINASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, INTENSITAS SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU-GURU IPA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN TABANAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, intensitas supervisi akademik, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru-guru IPA SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan secara terpisah maupun secara simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPA SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan yang berjumlah 122 orang. Sesuai dengan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan banyaknya anggota sampel diambil berjumlah 103 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi sederhana, korelasi parsial, regresi ganda, dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar sebesar 13,00 % dan sumbangan efektif 8,40%, (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan intensitas supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 12,10% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,10%, (3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 13,30% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9,30%, (4) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, intensitas supervisi akademik, dan etos kerja, dengan kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 24,80%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, intensitas supervisi akademik, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru-guru IPA SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru-guru IPA SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan.

This study aims to find out determination of the principal's leadership style, academic supervision intensity, and working ethos toward teacher performance-teacher science SMA Negeri in Tabanan regency, either separately or simultaneously. The population of the study subjects were all science teacher SMA Negeri in Tabanan regency, amounting to 122 people. Accordance with table of Krejcie and Morgan the sample size was 103. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique. This study used ex-post facto design. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple regression, and analysis of determination. The results showed that (1) there was a significant determination of principal leadership style toward teacher performance with the determination equal to 13.00% and the effective contribution of 8.40%, (2) there was a significant determination of academic supervision intensity toward teacher performance with determination equal to 12.10%, and the effective contribution of 7.10%, (3) there was a significant determination of working ethos toward teacher performance with determination equal to 13.30% and effective contribution of 9.30%, (4) there was a significant determination simultaneous of style school leadership, academic supervision intensity and working ethos toward teacher performance with the determination equal to 24.80%. It can be concluded, based on these findings that there was a significant determination of the principal's leadership style, academic supervision intensity, and working ethos toward teacher performance teachers science SMA Negeri in Tabanan regency, either separately or simultaneously. Thus, the three factors can be used as a predictors of the tendency level of teacher performance-teacher science SMA Negeri in Tabanan regency
