KONTRIBUSI PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN, INTENSITAS PENGGUNAAN ICT DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA GURU-GURU SMA DI KECAMATAN TABANAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendidikan dan pelatihan, intensitas penggunaan ICT dalam pembelajaran dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran pada guru-guru SMA di Kecamatan Tabanan secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post pacto dengan populasi semua guru SMA di Kecamatan Tabanan berjumlah 294 orang, sampel yang digunakan 90 orang dengan teknik proportional random sampling melalui undian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 49,90% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,95%; (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan intensitas penggunaan ICT dalam pembelajaran terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,40% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,20%; (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,70% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,35%; dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama pendidikan dan pelatihan, intensitas penggunaan ICT dalam pembelajaran, etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 50,50%.

This study was aimed at finding out the extent of the contribution of education and training, intensity of ICT use in teaching and learning process and work ethic to quality of teaching and learning process of the teachers of senior high schools in Tabanan district both separately and simultaneously. This study an ex post pacto with the population consisted of 294 senior high school teachers in Tabanan distric, the sample size was 90 selected through proportional random sampling with lottery. The data analyzed method by simple regression, multiple regression, multiple correlation and partial correlation. The results showed that (1) there was a significant contribution of education and training to quality of teaching and learning process management with a contribution of 49.90% and 24.95% effective contribution; (2) there was a significant contribution of intensity of ICT use in teaching and learning process to quality of teaching and learning management with a contribution of 24.40% and 12.20% effective contribution; (3) there was a significant contribution of 26.70% and 13.35% effective contribution; and (4) there was a significant contribution simultaneously of education and training, intensity of ICT use in teaching and learning process, work ethic to quality of teaching and learning process with 50.50% contribution.
