DETERMINASI MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI, PENGALAMAN KERJA, DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENDIDIKAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA KOTA DENPASAR
Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi antara motivasi berprestasi, pengalaman kerja, dan iklim kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Denpasar, tahun 2011. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian ex post facto dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 77 orang melalui tehnik proporsional ramdom sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan pengukuran variable dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan statistik sufrensial dengan tehnik analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi ganda. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 15,00 for windows.
Hasil penelitan menunjukkan: (1) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi kerja; (2) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja dengan prestasi kerja; (3) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja dengan prestasi kerja; dan (4) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara motivasi berprestasi, pengalaman kerja dan iklim kerja
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi, pengalaman kerja dan iklim kerja berfungsi determinan baik secara terpisah maupun secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Denpasar. Dengan demikian ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan predictor tingkat kecendrungan prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Denpasar.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at finding out the determination among achievement motivation, working experience, and work climate on work achievement of the workers in the Office of Education, Youth and Sport of the municipality of Denpasar in the year 2011. This was an ex post facto research with a sample of 77 people drawn with proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and the measuring of the variable was done with Liker’s scale model. The data analysis was done by using inferential statistics with simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and multiple correlation. The data processing process was done with SPSS version 15,00 for windows.
The results showed: (1) there was a positive and significant determination between achievement motivation and work performance; (2) there was a positive and significant determination between working experience and work achievement as shown (3) Simultaneously, there was a positive and significant determination between achievement motivation, working experience and work climate
On the basis of the findings it can be concluded that achievement motivation, Working experience, and work climate have determinant function both separately and simultaneously on work achievement of the workers of the Office of Education, Youth and Sport of the Municipality of Denpasar. Hence, the three variables can be used as predictors of the level of the tendency of work achievement of the Office of Education Youth and Sport of the municipality of Denpasar.
