Determininasi kompetensi, komitmen, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya determinasi kompetensi, komitmen, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tergolong penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen tetap di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung yang berjumlah 68 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 58 orang dosen. Pengumpulan data dijaring dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi kompetensi dosen terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung sebesar 13,9%, (2) terdapat determinasi komitmen dosen terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung sebesar 30,5%, (3) terdapat determinasi dukungan organisasi terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung sebesar 16,2%, (4) terdapat determinasi kompetensi, komitmen, dan dukungan organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung sebesar 60,6%. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan di atas, dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kompetensi, komitmen, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap pengembangan profesi dosen di lingkungan Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya Badung.

This study aims at investigating the determination of competency, commitment, and organisational’s support toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency. The approach of this study was categorized into ex-post facto. The population of this study was all lecturers at Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency which they were 68 lecturers. The sample of this study was selected by using proportional random sampling technique where the sample chosen was 58 lecturers. The data was collected through the implementation of questionnaires and analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results show that (1) there is a determination between lectures’ competency toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency as much as 13,9%, (2) there is a determination between lectures’ commitment toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency as much as 30,5%, (3) there is a determination between organisational’s support toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency as much as 16,2%, and (4) there is a determination among competency, commitment, and organisational’s support toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency simultaneously as much as 60,6%. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that there are significant determination of competency, commitment, and organisational’s support toward lecturers’ profesional development in Triatma Surya Jaya Institution in Badung regency.
