KOMPARASI MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA, DITINJAU DARI PEMENUHAN BEBAN KERJA GURU SESUAI PERMENDIKNAS NOMOR 39 TAHUN 2009 GURU-GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN KERAMBITAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru yang beban kerjanya terpenuhi sesuai Permendiknas No.39 tahun 2009 dengan guru-yang beban kerjanya belum terpenuhi pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kerambitan secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru tetap (PNS) pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kerambitan sebanyak 102 semuanya disajikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan manova. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru guru yang beban kerjanya terpenuhi sesuai Permendiknas No. 39 tahun 2009 dengan guru-guru yang beban kerjanya belum terpenuhi pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kerambitan secara terpisah maupun simultan

This research is done to know the difference of work motivation and work discipline with responsible work has been done based on the education minister’s rule No : 39 year 2009 relation with responsible work the has not been done at SMP state school in district kerambitan with partly and simultaneous . the population subject of this research are all the government teacher staff (PNS) at SMP State School in district kerambitan with 102 sample research person all together.
