ANALISIS DISKREPANSI PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SD NEGERI SE- GUGUS 3 KECAMATAN DAWAN KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggikah diskrepansi antara pelaksanaan aktual dengan ekspektasi terhadap MBS pada SD Negeri se-Gugus 3 Kecamatan Dawan Kabupaten Klungkung pada tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 ditinjau dari konteks, input, proses, dan output.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model diskrepansi (Discrepancy model).Pengukuran efektivitas program dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua hal yang terletak pada ujung program, yaitu permulaan dan akhir pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara pelaksanaan aktual dengan ekspektasi terhadap pelaksanaan MBS untuk tingkat satuan pendidikan SD Negeri. Semua variabel di ukur dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 orang berasal dari kepala sekolah, guru, TU, komite, dan Siswa dari masing-masing SD Negeri se-Gugus 3 Kecamatan Dawan. Data berupa skor variabel Konteks, input, proses, dan output dianalisis dengan menggunakan prosedur uji tanda berjenjang Wilcoxon kemudian dicari tanda beda dan besar beda dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan MBS di SD Negeri se-Gugus 3 Kecamatan Dawan Kabupaten Klungkung pada keempat variabel (konteks, input, proses dan output) terjadi diskrepansi dengan kategori kecil

This study aims to determining how large the discrepancy between the expectation of the actual implementation of School-Based Management at SD Negeri at Gugus 3 Dawan sub district of Klungkung regency of 2012/2013 are reviewed from contexts, input, process and output.
This study included an evaluative study using Discrepancy model. Measurement of the effectiveness of programs was conducted by comparing two things bath at the beginning and the end of the program. This study compared expectation of the actual implementation of School-Based Management on the level of SD Negeri. All variables were measured with a quesionnaire instrument. The sample of the study consisted of 72 people included the principals, the teachers, the administrators, the committee members, and students from each SD Negeri at Gugus 3 Dawan sub district. The in the form of the score of variable contexts, input, process and output were analyzed using the Wilcoxom test than was determined the quality and quantity with a predetermined standard. The result of the analysis showed that there was discrepancy in a small category on the implementation of scool Based Management in SD Negeri at Gugus 3 Dawan sub of Klungkung regency on it four variables (context, input, process and output)
